Shed Delivery

• - Delivery and set up is FREE up to 30 miles from the dealer lot for "lot inventory".
• - Any distance of 31 miles or more from the dealer lot is subject to an additional per mile charge of $4 per additional mile.
• - Free set up includes the leveling of your building up to 24" with customer supplied concrete blocks and driver supplied pressure treated shims.
• - Should you request your building to be set up more than 24", the delivery service charges a $100 flat fee for the extra time and labor needed to ensure the integrity of the concrete piers needed to support the building. $100 to be paid to driver upon install.
• - Drivers can provide block at $4 per block which is payable to the driver at time of delivery.
• - If your property is accessible with a truck and trailer or shed mule, minimal site preparation is necessary. If you have a gate or fence, the opening needs to be at least 2 feet larger than the width of your building being ordered.
• - Consider septic tanks, sprinkler heads, overhead wires, eaves of houses, retaining walls, disabled vehicles. All of these are considered obstructions. Consider the size of building being ordered to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• - Site preparation will be needed if your site is more than 3 feet out of level.

Sheds Built On-Site

**BUILD ON SITE IS AVAILABLE**

Phoenix Buildings not only builds the highest quality sheds in their manufacturing facilities, they bring the skills to you! Should your property not be accessible for the delivery of a fully built shed whether landscaping, fencing, or other obstacles prevent the delivery and set up of a building, a crew will be sent to your home and build the same quality building from the ground up! Talk to your sales representative about the need to build on site when completing your order!

Wood Sheds Built On Site

If your property/location requires the shed to be built on site, the labor cost is an upcharge of 20% of the subtotal of the shed you design. Build on site is only available for cash purchases and not available to customers interested in rent to own options; it would be too difficult to recover the building should you decide you don't want it anymore.
